There is an emergency with my water treatment product. What should I do?

If you have a leak, your water is not flowing properly into your home, or you have another comparable emergency, call us at 855-848-7899 and we’ll help you find a water treatment dealer who can assist you with your emergency. Please note that we are only open during regular business hours. If your emergency is outside of business hours, look for a water treatment dealer or plumber with 24/7 service.

 

I need service on my water treatment product. Who do I contact?

If you believe your water treatment product is not working properly, please contact your local water treatment dealer. Their information should be located near the unit that they installed. If you can’t find their information, go to our Locations page, select the closest Charger location to you and give us a call. We’ll connect you to a local dealer who can assist you.

 

The screen on the valve of my water treatment product is flashing. What do I do?

If you see a flashing screen on the valve of your unit, your unit may need to be reset by a water treatment professional or may need service. Contact your nearest water treatment dealer and let them know what appears on your flashing valve. They will set up an appointment to come to your home and reset the valve and/or service your product as necessary.

 

I need a part for my water treatment product. Who do I contact?

If you need a part for your product, please contact the water treatment dealer that installed your product or any water treatment dealer in your area. If you would like for us to provide a list for you, just complete the form on our website and we will get back to you just as soon as possible.

 

I believe my water has changed since last tested. How do I get a new water test at my home?

If you need to have a water test completed in your home, contact a water treatment dealer in your area. They will come to your home to test your water.
